Kylee Stair brings more than a decade of professional experience in immigration law. Before joining hykel law, she worked for one of the world’s leading global immigration firms, specializing in complex business immigration and global mobility matters for multinational clients. She draws upon international experience interning with a nonprofit organization in France, serving asylum seekers and compiling a geopolitical research database to support asylum claims. She volunteers her time advocating for immigrant rights, including time spent on the ground at an ice detention center in Texas where she supported women and children to navigate the immigration system.
As senior paralegal at Hykel Law, Kylee provides specialized, attentive, client-centered support for individuals and families across a wide range of cases including asylum and humanitarian relief, family-based petitions, removal defense, employment-based immigration, and other matters. Kylee is committed to offering compassionate, detail-oriented support to every client she serves.
Kylee graduated from the university of Michigan with a dual degree in international studies and french. She is bilingual in english and french.
