Tonte Fenny
Associate Attorney
From an early age, Tamunotonte Fenny, Esq. believed in recognizing the dignity of all people. Tamunotonte Fenny’s legal career is centered around that belief. While attending law school, Mr. Fenny worked with survivors of domestic violence, public defenders, college compliance offices, and D1 athletes. These experiences reinforced his belief in the dignity of all people and built his belief in a client-centered approach to lawyering. Mr. Fenny believes, not just in zealous advocacy, but in strategies built to secure long term success for each client’s specific needs.
Emigrating from Nigeria as a young child, Mr. Fenny has lived the immigrant experience, supported his family members in making the most of the freedoms and opportunities the United States has to offer, and counseled clients across the country in their immigration journey. He looks forward to supporting you on your journey as well.
Mr. Fenny began his experience in immigration law helping his father’s firm file petitions in 2016. By 2018, Mr. Fenny officially became an intern and maintained that status while working in other areas of the law such as family law, domestic violence law, and criminal law. Mr. Fenny began practicing as a fully licensed attorney in 2021. Since then, Mr. Fenny has gained valuable experience representing immigrants in USCIS offices, immigration courts, federal district courts, and federal circuit courts across the country.
Outside of the office, Mr. Fenny enjoys making music as a drummer and saxophonist, staying in shape through sports such as soccer and basketball, and enjoying cinema.
